Transportation Tank

Generally used for offshore purposes, these transportation tanks are also suitable for a wide range of onshore applications. The transportation tanks are available In stainless steel with a carbon steel crash frame for Hazardous Products or for Non Hazardous products we can supply all mild steel units, depending on your application requirements.

Product Information and certification

The transportation tanks come in sizes of 1 m³, 2.28 m³, 4 m³, 4.55 m³ and 4.8 m³ and are certified to BS 7072, DNV 2.7-1, EN12079, IMO1, ADR / RID, T2 or T7. ATI has a large fleet of these tanks and availability is usually good.

Typical Applications

The transportation tanks are suitable for a range of applications but are primarily designed to transport liquid chemicals such as oil, methanol, fuels, glycol, inhibiters and any compatible chemicals to and from offshore platforms, however they are equally suited to transporting chemicals by road or rail.

These tanks are the work horse of ATI’s fleet, transporting the fuels, waters and process chemicals that keep offshore platforms producing the Oil and Gas on which we all depend on a daily basis.
