These stand alone units can be supplied with keys to ensure access by authorised personnel only. Supplied, fully certified, with distribution pump, delivery meter, trigger assembly and enclosed cabinet. Easily positioned and operated on site. Units may be fork lifted and moved, whilst full, on site. Slings and shackles included.
Product Information and certification
Each of these self bunded units were built to the latest specification at the time of building, generally to GEP (good engineering practice) in accordance with PPG2, BS799. Some units have 12V leasure battery pumps, some have 240V or 110V supply
The smaller units can be lifted full on site, they have fork tunnels and lifting slings to do so. The self bunded units above 10 m3 cannot be moved whilst containing deisel.
Lifting certification is to LOLER 98 and BS7072, dependant on exact unit.
Typical Applications
Suitable for diesel management, site use for filling plant using 12v pump (take the tank to the plant), on a larger scale these units are used widely by Logistics companies to store Derv for their own lorry fleet, thus ensuring fixed pricing and budgeting for the life of the diesel contained within.
Also used widely by Eco Diesel Manufacturers for storing large quantities of Cooking oils, Methanol (with vapor recovery systems installed) glycerin for cleaning of the product and many other applications.
